Thank you for choosing Hotel Yuvraj for your stay. Our Resort Policy outlines the guidelines and expectations to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests. Please take a moment to review the following terms.


1. Check-in and Check-out

  • Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

2. Booking and Payments

  • A confirmed reservation requires a valid credit/debit card or advance payment.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Full payment is required at check-in. Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled at check-out.

3. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to respect resort property, staff, and other guests.
  • Any damages to resort property will result in additional charges.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public areas, except designated zones. Violations will incur a cleaning fee of INR 5,000.

4. Facilities Usage

  • Access to facilities such as the pool, spa, and gym is included for registered guests.
  • Proper attire and adherence to safety rules are mandatory in all facilities.
  • The resort reserves the right to restrict access to facilities for non-compliance.

5. Child Policy

  • Children under 12 years stay free with existing bedding.
  • Cribs and extra beds are available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

6. Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed on the property, except certified service animals with prior notice.
  • Pet-related damages or disturbances will result in additional charges.

7. Liability

  • The resort is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Safety deposit boxes are available for guest use.
  • Guests are liable for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.

8. Force Majeure

The resort is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or strikes. In such cases, cancellations or modifications will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
