Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will be charged for one night's stay.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

• Bookings marked as "Non-Refundable" are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.
• In case of emergencies, guests can contact our support team for assistance, though refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Group Reservations

• For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before check-in for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be subject to a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

4. Modifications

• Guests can request modifications to their bookings, such as date changes, up to 48 hours before check-in.
• All modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, cancellations may be handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our team for assistance in such cases.
