Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Hotel Yuvraj! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking or staying with us, you agree to comply with the following terms:


1. Reservations and Check-in

  • Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • A valid credit/debit card or advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
  • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours before check-in) will be charged for one night's stay.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Room Policy

  • The maximum occupancy per room is as stated during the booking process. Additional guests must be declared and approved by the hotel.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. A cleaning fee of INR 5,000 will be charged for violations.
  • Any damage to property or loss of items in the room will result in additional charges.

4. Child Policy

  • Children under 12 years of age stay free with existing bedding.
  • Extra beds/cribs are available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.

5. Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed on the property, except for certified service animals with prior notice.

6. Payment Policy

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash payments.
  • All prices are quoted in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • A security deposit may be required at check-in and will be refunded upon satisfactory room inspection.

7. Hotel Facilities

  • Use of hotel facilities, including the pool, gym, and spa, is at the guest's own risk.
  • Proper swimwear is mandatory in the pool area.
  • The hotel reserves the right to restrict or deny access to facilities in case of non-compliance with rules.

8. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.
  • Any disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

9. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to valuables left in the room. Safety deposit boxes are provided for guest convenience. Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

10. Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for any cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or strikes.

11. Amendments

Hotel Yuvraj reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website.
